PermaDust (Perma dust) is a boric acid-based dust aerosol that is ideal for use in voids where long term residual activity is required. It is not affected by moisture or heat and leaves a powdery residue and is labeled for use in cracks and crevices, and in wall voids, etc.

To prevent Perma-dust from clogging, make sure to turn the can upside down after each period of use and spray until just air leaves the canister.  This will clear the nozzle and keep it from oozing, and prevent clogging.
