What is your return policy?

Yes, at PESTOP we do accept returns:

  1. $20.00 charge on NSF checks
  2. No refunds after 30 days
  3. No refunds on open containers
  4. No refunds without receipt
  5. 7 day waiting period on mechandise returns paid by check 

When returning items at PESTOP, only if the item remains in the same condition, the original package container, and documentation, there should be no problems.  The only time we will not accept returns is when the item is damaged or defaced.
